Customer Challenge: Drafty old windows and a large heating bill
Solution: The customer had old and drafty single pane steel casements before purchasing Pella. They had many windows and a horrible heating bill. They came to Pella in the fall hoping to prevent another huge gas bill this season and also wanted the energy efficiency that a double paned wood/clad window offered.
I suggested new Architect Series casement windows with permanent grill patterns and the customer is now thrilled with the warmth that now stays inside their home. They are also very excited with the new aesthetic that painted wood has to offer on the inside versus their old ugly and original steel casements they had before.
