Customer Challenge: Historic preservation of a farm house in Chestertown, Maryland
Solution: The Pella® representative was able to save David time and resources by supplying him with an acceptable color match clad architect series window that he was able to use to preserve a historic farm house in Chestertown, Maryland.
The original bid demanded wood exterior windows. Upon conversations and site visits, the representative noticed the mortar color was similar to our Poplar White clad. She was able to supply him with color chips and corner sections which he used to compare with the window paint finish. The clad product was used and the initial and perpetual exterior maintenance issue was resolved.
