Pella Corporation earns J.D. Power and Associates recognition

Prestigious award honors Pella as leader in customer satisfaction. 
Pella Corporation, recognized as a leader in the window and door industry, has earned a J.D. Power and Associates award. Pella earned the distinction as “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Window and Door Manufacturers.”

In a recent study, independently conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, consumers were asked to evaluate window brands on product and service attributes. Survey factors included operational performance and features, appearance and design features, ordering and delivery, warranty and replacement, price competitiveness, installation service, overall experience, problem occurrence, and loyalty.

Power and Associates award is yet another example of the Pella team’s focus on meeting the needs of our customers.”
