Each year Pella awards special honors to sales individuals in recognition of outstanding performance.
Routinely K.C. Company has several Sales Representatives that qualify to be nominated for this prestigious award. In spite of the current downturn in the economy, this year there were 8 Trade Sales Representatives and 1 Retail Sales Representative that met the criteria to be nominated to the President’s Club Program. President Stanley Stokes is equally proud to say that of the 44 Trade/Remodeling winners across the entire PDSN, 14% are KC Company employees. We are all very proud of this accomplishment.
Nominees for the award must meet several sales performance criteria which include not only current year sales volume but also year over year improvement in sales volume. Pella recognizes that to continually grow our business; we must maintain a solid business relationship with our top customers. To reinforce this commitment to strong customer relationships, one of the criteria for President’s Club is year over year volume growth for our Top Ten Customers.
Lastly, to become a President’s Club nominee the individual must have a proven track record of providing excellent service to our customers. To gauge success, Pella measures CSR performance for each Sales Representative.
