In a recent study, independently conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, consumers were asked to evaluate window brands on product and service attributes. Survey factors included operational performance and features, appearance and design features, ordering and delivery, warranty and replacement, price competitiveness, installation service, overall experience, problem occurrence, and loyalty.
