A landmark structure when completed in 1822, and again today following a recent, massive renovation. Located in downtown Baltimore, The Standard Oil Building had fallen on hard times in recent years, until new owner brought back its original luster.
The architect choose Architect Series profiles. Pella's Architect Series Monumental Windows utilizes patented Integral Light Technology that provided the historic look of true-divided-light, with the modern performance of a single sheet of insulating glass.
"The most satisfying part? Taking a candidate for the wrecking ball and turning into a showpiece of architectural design, incorporating environmental and sustainable design techniques with leading edge energy technology."
