Chris Bogdan, the owner of Bogdan Builders, has worked with KC Company and Pella® with past projects. But something in particular made the Belmont Vista Condos shine.
Struggling with design details, permits, zoning, and the city of Washington DC in general, Bodgan pulled through and began construction on the new building. Costs, durability of materials to be used and value, were challenges he faced along the way; however decisions had to be made. “Over time, the condos became like a fortress”, said Bogdan.
Then a sudden problem arose. The Buildings structure was designed for shop windows. After doing research Bogdan had three options: Pella, Andersen, or shop windows. But, ProLine series by Pella sparkled like a diamond in the rough and before you could say “the power of yellow…” the decision was made. Bodgan made sure that everyone was aware of the high patience and fantastic work ethic of sales representative, John Fries. Bogdan also said “If Pella could have seen John in action they would have been very impressed. He oversaw the job through and through”.
The overall job was rewarding to Bogdan because of switching to Pella instead of shop windows. They are weather-tight, stylish, and durable. They certainly are a grand feature of the Belmont Vista Condominiums.
