Each apartment facing the center courtyard has a Pella Designer Series sliding door opening onto a balcony. "It's been a very effective and workable product for us," says Peter Madsen of Gunwyn Company, the projects developer. With Pella sliding doors and all of the Pella double hung windows used throughout, The Lansburgh is not only a landmark property for the Nation's Capital; it's quite a showcase for KC Company and Pella, too.
"The building really fills out the block, with a very residential feel to it. It's what we were striving for."
