March 2008, the IRS extended the Energy Efficiency tax deduction for commercial buildings with the Tax Incentive Assistance Program (TIAP).  While only some of the rules have changed – there is an opportunity for efficiencies – so don’t let all that savings go out the window.

Don’t just comply for federal credits – states also have energy tax deduction programs.

You may find that making a small change will reap big rewards (and credits)!

Now is a great time of year to get a fresh start on cleaning and that includes the windows. Have you ever attempted to clean your windows and what resulted was nothing more than smudging the dirt around.
