March 2008, the IRS extended the Energy Efficiency tax deduction for commercial buildings with the Tax Incentive Assistance Program (TIAP). While only some of the rules have changed – there is an opportunity for efficiencies – so don’t let all that savings go out the window. Don’t just comply for federal credits – states also have energy tax deduction programs. It was rather disturbing to wake up to the news of yet another increase in gas prices…now up to almost $4 a gallon! Thankfully our company participates in telecommuting.
