Pella Project Plan

Pella Project Plan:
As a service provider, Pella understands the concern homeowners feel when having major work done on their homes. We also realize it's important for you to know the status of your order and when major project milestones are scheduled to take place.

Our goal is to keep you informed along the way, so there are no surprises that might cause worry or even delay the installation of your purchase. To that end, here are the steps that are very important to the successful completion of your project:

1. Pre-construction survey appointment
Our Pre-Construction Technician will visit your home to:

  • Confirm your window sizes and specifications
  • Conduct an installation review
  • Investigate areas of concern that might inhibit successful installation
  • Review with you the things you can expect to take place during the actual installation of your new Pella products
  • Address any questions or concerns you might have
  • Give you a Pella Warranty Packet and Owner's Manual

2. Scheduling of Installation
Our Customer Service team will be contacting you to schedule an installation date that is convenient for you.

3. Confirmation call
Our Customer Service Team will call to remind you of and confirm the installation date. This call will occur approximately 1-2 business days prior to installation.

4. Installation
On the day of installation, the crew will arrive in the specified time range unless we contact you regarding weather, traffic delays, other unforeseen circumstances. If you need to contact us on that day, please call 301-957-7070.

5. Customer Approval
Once the installation is finished, you and the installer will do a final walk through to inspect the work.

6. Follow up
Our Customer Service Representative will contact you to verify that we have fulfilled your order and have met your expectations. This call will occur within 48 hours of the completion of your job.

It was rather disturbing to wake up to the news of yet another increase in gas prices…now up to almost $4 a gallon!  Thankfully our company participates in telecommuting.
