For good and valuable consideration in the form of publicity received, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree of being over the age of twenty-one years, do hereby irrevocably consent to the use of my property by KC Company, and any of their subsidiary and affiliated companies and licensees for the purposes of advertising, promotion and trade in any media throughout the United States and the world.
I waive any inspection or approval of the finished materials, and I release KC Company, Pella Corporation and any of their subsidiary and affiliated companies and licensees from any liability for any claim of alteration, optical illusion or faulty mechanical reproduction.
I understand that this release does not obligate KC Company and Pella Corporation to use my property in any advertising, promotion or trade materials.
